We’re seeing an increase in fraudulent calls and texts impersonating USEFCU. Members are receiving a spoofed text about a fake $700+ Best Buy charge, followed by a call asking for card details. Do NOT share any card information.

If you responded to one of these messages:

• If you provided any card details: Contact us immediately so we can close your card.

• If you did not provide information: Please call us so we can confirm no transactions were attempted.
