The SecurLOCK Equip mobile app transitioned to a new and improved debit card monitoring product, Card Suite Lite, on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. 
 
If you are currently using SecurLOCK Equip,  you must download the new Card Suite Lite app from your mobile device store and begin using it.
  • Your existing username and password will automatically transfer to the new Card Suite Lite app, as well as your existing card controls, such as merchant options and transaction limits.
  • The only controls NOT able to carry over will be your location parameters and transaction history.  
Card Suite Lite offers the same features as SecurLOCK such as:
  • Freeze/unfreeze (on/off) card
  • Transaction alerts
  • Enable/disable transaction types and merchant categories
  • Set general spending limits and location controls
New features in Card Suite Lite include:
  • Contactless transaction controls
  • Overall spend limits (per transaction, daily, and monthly)
  • Spend limits per transaction type
  • Share card option with trusted contacts
  • Additional sub-category merchant types
  • One-Time Passcodes
  • Enriched merchant data including name and logo
  • User picture in-app profile
Current SecurLOCK users:
  1. Download the Card Suite Lite app from your mobile device app store.
  2. Anytime after 6 AM CST on October 22, log in to Card Suite Lite with your existing username and password.
  3. Review your card controls to ensure existing parameters are still in place.
  4. Reset your location limits.
  5. You will not be able to view previous card payment transactions from before the transition to Card Suite Lite, but you can view your past card transactions in online banking.
New Users:
  1. Download the Card Suite Lite app from your mobile device app store on October 22.
  2. Follow the steps to connect your USEFCU debit card(s).
  3. Set card parameters.
  4. Enjoy the added security and spending control that comes with Card Suite Lite. 
What is Card Suite Lite? 
Card Suite Lite is a mobile app that allows you to control how, when, and where your debit cards are used. It is a simple and secure way to manage and monitor your payment transaction activity. 
 
How do I get the Card Suite Lite app? 
Card Suite Lite is available on both Apple and Android mobile devices. Once the app has successfully downloaded to your mobile device, you can begin the card registration process. 
 
Is there a fee to use the app? 
No. It is provided to you at no cost so you can have more control over your card. 
 
What is a real-time alert? 
A real-time alert is an immediate push notification sent to the app. 
 
How long does it take for a control or alert setting to take effect? 
Controls and alerts come into effect immediately after you save your preferences. 
 
What if my smartphone is stolen? How secure is the app? 
A password, PIN code, or biometrics are required to log in to the app. Additionally, the app does not store personal information on your mobile device and will only ever display the last four digits of your card number.
