Omg, there is not a bank like this one. The girls, Griselda and Susana, are so helpful if you have any questions or you just want to ask how they can help you get a loan. They will answer and even help you through the process. Not all banks have nice and helpful people like them. Thank you, USE.

This credit union is by far the best credit union you can join. They offer the best interest rates on loans in the business and are very forgiving if your credit is not in the best shape. My credit score now is in the mid to high 700's thanks to USEFCU.

We have been with this credit union for several years now. We have been very pleased with the level of customer service we have received. When it comes to the security of your account, they truly care and will not treat you like a number. Their security department is "on it"! The times that someone has gotten "my number", they have quickly secured it. I will go for a little inconvenience and a phone call rather than money out of my account that I'm not spending myself!

Everyone is always extremely helpful and friendly at the branch on Northwest Expressway. When my mother passed away, they helped me process all the details. I recently went in to get something notarized and the lady was so friendly. Great group of people!
