Mobile Banking Operational
If you have upgraded to iOS 14 prior to updating our mobile app, you may experience a blank screen or some other connectivity issue. If so, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the App Store from your iPhone
- Search for USEFCU
- Select Update
If the Update option is unavailable, try opening the mobile app AFTER turning your phone completely off then power back on.
Please note this only pertains to Members accessing mobile banking via an iPhone.
