Please follow this guide step-by-step


Enter your 6 digit member number (use preceding 0's if necessary)
Enter your 4 digit PIN number
Select "Continue"
Enter your Password
Select "Access"
Browse the image selections by selecting the category you want from the drop down menu and selecting "More" to view the collection. Select the image that you want by clicking on the radial button below the image. It will appear in the "Your Logon Security Image" box.
Type your Personal Logon Security Phrase in the box to the right of your image.
When you access online banking in the future, you will be shown this image and phrase as confirmation that you are on USE Credit Union's official online banking site. If you do not see the image or phrase that you have selected here, do not continue, but rather contact the credit union immediately to report this.
Scroll down to the Question and Answer section of the page and select 3 questions from the drop down menus and type your answers in the answer fields.
The challenge questions may be asked for your protection if you use a new device to access online banking or if you are accessing online banking from a different geographical location.
Check the box if you want us to remember this computer.
Only check this box if you are accessing online banking from a trusted (non-public accessed) computer. Do not check this box if you are accessing online banking from a non-trusted public use computer such as those available at the public library or various coffee shops.
Select "Submit"
Review the selections that you have made on this page. Select "Continue" to advance to the Account Summary Screen that you are familiar.
Select " Security" from the Navigation List to the left of the Account Summary Screen
Select "Preferences"
Enter an additional security phrase that will display above the "Access" button on the Password Page.
Select a background pattern to display behind your account information when in online banking.
The additional security phrase and background you select will help you determine that you are connected to USE Credit Union's official site.
Select Submit and review the selections that you have made.
Choose from the navigation list on the left hand of the screen or select "Continue" to return to the preferences screen.
All PINs, passwords, images and phrases can be changed by selecting Secuirty: Then choose - Pin / Password or Preferences or Logon Security options from the navigation panel to the left.
